Return and Refund Policy
Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days from date of delivery to customer. (Please contact us by phone or email regarding special circumstances.) Returned items must be in the same saleable condition as when shipped to customer. The shipping charges are non-refundable. Call 804-492-9169 or email info@bigpockets.com for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No items will be accepted without this pre-authorization.

Going Birding and our server only use credit information for immediate sales transaction. Shipping and Handling (U.S.)
BigPockets ships most orders in 1 to 2 working days, Monday through Friday. If you need us to ship your order in less than 2 working days, call 804-492-9169 or email info@bigpockets.com. Standard shipping service is priority mail, which is delivered within 3 days from ship date. USPS express mail delivers in 2 days from ship date.
