Tanagers T-Shirt by Mimi Hoppe Wolf

Tangara tanagers are some of the most colorful Neotropical birds, traveling in mixed-species flocks, often feeding on Melastome fruits. This particular species trio, Rufous-throated, (Tangara rufigula), Golden-hooded (Tangara larvata), and Bay-headed (Tangara gyrola) can be found together at mid-elevations on the west slope of the Andes in Colombia and northwestern Ecuador.  As with Mimi’s other designs, this is an original print on a T-shirt. Each color layer was individually hand-drawn, combined in the printing process. 100% ultra heavy-weight, preshrunk cotton.
