Charter Hat with Sunglass Lock

The Charter Hat is a traditional look with maximum sun protection, added features, great comfort, and breathable fabric with a UPF 50+ rating. On the front of the Charter Hat, the Sunglass Lock system allows sunglasses to be secured on the hat when not in use. Slits on each side of the crown base secure your sunglasses. The top of the crown has a ventilation mesh band for cooling and a hidden pocket on the underside of the crown top.

The spiral-stitched foam core brim is 3.25 inches long on the front and sides and 3.5 inches on the back for excellent sun protection and to help keep the hat afloat on water. The brim and crown are somewhat stiffer than our Field Hat, and the crown is taller (4.25”). Above the brim there is a wicking brow sweatband.

The hat size can be adjusted using an inside band with a locking system. There is a chin strap with a cord lock that holds the hat in place when it gets windy. Lifetime warranty for materials and workmanship.

The Charter Hat is lightweight at 3.6 ounces, packs flat, and stain-resistant. 100% Nylon. Available in the color Sand. Do not fold or crease brim. The measurements when packing the hat flat are 14.5″x12.5″ (medium) or 15″x13″ (large).
